Consent
By agreeing to these terms, the participant or parent/guardian, if the participant is under 18, grants FROM permission to photograph, record, and share their story for marketing and storytelling purposes.
Use of Photographs and Stories
- Minors 18 and Under: Photos and stories of minors will only be used for marketing or storytelling for two years from the date of first release.
- Adults 18 and Over: Photos and stories of adults will only be used for marketing or storytelling for five years from the date of first release.
Voluntary Participation
Participation is completely voluntary. No gifts, services, or other incentives will be provided in exchange for consent. By agreeing, participants affirm that they are releasing their story, photos, and recordings on their own volition.
Rights and Withdrawal
Participants or parents/guardians for minors may withdraw consent at any time in writing.
FROM will make reasonable efforts to honor withdrawal requests, but cannot guarantee the removal of materials already published.
