1. Check Your Eligibility
To participate in Flat River Outreach Ministries' services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Must live in the Lowell Area School District.

Household income must be at or below 300% Federal Poverty Level based on household size. See more

2. Call the Connections Office.
Call our Connections Office to make an appointment with our Program's team.

3. Attend Your Appointment.
Discuss your current situation with our awesome Programs team or a trained volunteer and decide the best way FROM can support you.
4. Make a Plan for Support
Leave with the next steps to get through whatever you're facing. Sometimes this is as easy as a conversation, other times it takes a little more process and patience. Either way, we are committed to making sure you don't need to navigate your struggle alone.
